Shipping Policy

Effective July 14, 2025

At .RAW, every piece is made to order—printed just for you when you hit buy. That means no warehouses, no overstock, and no waste. Just bold, artist-aligned merch produced with purpose.

🖤 Made to Order = Slower by Design

Once your order is placed, it goes into production. This process typically takes 2–7 business days before it ships.

We know it’s not Amazon Prime fast—and that’s the point. You’re supporting intentional, small-batch creation. Thanks for being into that.

🚚 Estimated Shipping Times

After production, orders are shipped via standard delivery:

  • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–21 business days (customs may vary by country)

You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

🌎 International Shipping Notes

Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are not included at checkout and may be charged upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs office.

🛠️ Address Errors or Shipping Issues

Please double-check your shipping info before submitting your order. Once an order is placed, we can’t guarantee changes. We’re not responsible for:

  • Missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs

  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received

If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days (U.S.) or 30 business days (International) after shipping, contact us at chloe@chloeramirezphoto.com and we’ll help track it down.
